Lauren Santo Domingo was obsessed with getting the latest, right-off-the- runway black thigh high boots......She shopped around, made phone calls, E-mailed her favorite fashion PR people, but to no avail. So she proceed to create her own. She found a pair of fabulous brown over the knee Brian Atwood boots, had them dyed black ...... added on fourteen inches of leather to cover her legs and had a customized garter belt added for a sexy finishing touch.

Anyway...However did she add 14 inches of leather to the Brian Atwood boots?
Way too much work for me! I might as well start making all my own clothes at that point!
