Manolo Blahnik received the Walk of Style Award and January Jones showed up in the above ensemble. Her outfit was not accredited but I sear it i a 1930s vintage hostess dress that has been cropped to the extreme. I have one of these exact dresses in my stock room right now. In its proper full length which is a lady like mid-calf. It does serve to illustrate how changing the hem line can dramatically effect the look of a dress!

It does look like that kind of dress -- you're right!
This gal needs a new tailor! That hem is really uneven.
