Great dress!
I'm pretty sure it's by Shareen Downtown by Shareen Mitchell... I believe she may be calling the line Shareen now. She runs a vintage store out of a warehouse in LA and has a Hollywood cult following, and has a line of vintage reproduction. I used to work as her assistant, and I can't say I'm positive from the photos, but she did used to make a dress just like that one.
