I did a little hunting and the first image seems to be attributed to photographer Stan Shaffer http://modsixties.5forum.net/editors-updates-f9/70-new-stan-shaffer-photos-t306.htm now the internet can certainly be wrong but this is attributed to him as a photo of her?
