I believe this was taken at last night's Rendition premiere and it is of course, Uma Thurman wearing vintage Prada. Every time I see her in Prada I am reminded of her at the 1995 Oscars in that pale lavender Prada gown: 
Her utterance of "It's Prada" launched the then fledgling ready-to-wear brand into the stratosphere. Also interesting is that until then the clothes Prada was producing was primarily sportswear, but after Uma wore that dress everyone wanted a Prada frock and bam what we know as Prada now was born.I like Miss Uma - she is one of the true Hollywood beauties, and we should all say a special thank you to her today, because really, what would we do without our pretty Prada frocks?
